Responsibilities:
• Work closely with other programmers and developers, support staff, and product managers on program code enhancements and changes
• Create, test and maintain custom applications that perform various functions
• Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions
• Manage multiple projects
• Review and troubleshoot complex code designs written by multiple developers
• Be able to develop and maintain clean, efficient and well documented code
• Must be able to develop APIs using JSON .
Required skills :
• C#.NET and/or VB.NET (3+ years)
• .Net Framework 4.0/3.5/3.0/2.0
• API Development
• Good Troubleshooting and Analysis Skills
• Ability to write multitasking applications to handle high volume database transactions
Desired Skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Application blocks
• Extensive knowledge of SQL Server 2005/2008 programming
• Knowledge of SQL Server 2008 SSRS and SSIS added plus
• Knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, XML, XSL, DTD, WCF, XML Web Services Integration, X/HTML, CSS and DHTML added plus
• Knowledge of ASP and VB6 experience added plus
• Knowledge of embedded systems
Education and Experience :
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience programming in object oriented environments
• Minimum 3 years real world SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) experience.
• Strong communications skills
• Good team player
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Self-starter driving complex projects forward with minimal management oversight
• Inexhaustible energy plus contagious positive attitude
• Good multi-tasking skills
