Location: Plainville, CT
Resource needs to have experience in CRM and ECC

Need is to help the customer service team with their work on SAP CRM and ECC.
Help the team to clear the backlog of claims and cases from customers
Entering the claims/cases in the system
Do research on the cases in the system – CRM/ECC and identify what needs to be done to close the case
