Title: Java Scala Developer/Consultant

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: Long Term

 

Description:

·         Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and any one of the object oriented languages like C++, Java or Scala. Good team player who can work with other junior and senior engineers in the team, work with Product managers and Operations in rolling out the code.

·         Create large scale, distributed,  REST/SOAP based service using Java in a SOA environment.

·         Collaborate with our product, design and quality engineering teams to define, develop and implement features.

·         Collaborate with our release, site reliability, operations and database teams to build, scale and deploy services.

·         Candidate should be good at Vertex or any other Tax software that would be good. Most of the times the person will be working on Tax module of the company.
