Position: Informatica Lead Developer
Location-Houston, Dallas TX
Duration- 12+ Months
Locals Preferred to this position
Job Description:
- To lead 24*7 supports to client with co-ordination of onsite and offshore team members to ensure module deliverables are met as per the client requirements.
- To co-ordinate and assign work between onsite and offshore team members based on the new/open issues for timely and successful closure
- To document new learning's and processes and internally sharing those with the team members for their development.
- To generate value Ideas| arranging sessions like KT| trainings| etc. for enhancing customer satisfaction.
- To provide support for critical business processes in the module/s assigned.
- To report team progress and status to HCL leads
Required Skills:
- Experience should be more than 7+ years in related field.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills
- Must possess good communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Must already be sufficiently competent in dimensional data modeling to design data warehouses and data marts
- Must have demonstrated expertise in core competencies of data modeling, ETL (preferably using Informatica), and SQL (preferably using Oracle PL/SQL).
- Experience with Neolane, Unica, Epiphany or other CRM tools is a plus.
