Need near buy consultant who can for F2F after telephonic

Need near buy consultant who can for F2F after telephonic
Proficient in packaged application testing
Primary responsibility will be Creating, Maintaining and Executing of Manual test scenarios and test scripts.
Ability to review and analyze the Requirements documents such as Use Cases, Functional Specifications, Wireframes, Design specs etc to translate them into Functional/Visual test scripts.
Experience in System, Integration and Regression testing.
Ability to maintain and enhance existing Regression test scripts. Create and maintain documentation for QA procedures.
Expert knowledge of Rational Tools such as Rational Quality Manager (RQM), Clear Quest, Clear Case and working knowledge of RFT.
3-5 years of related work experience
