Location: Dallas, TX

Position Type: Long term Contract

Monthly: $12000/Monthly on CTC 

 

Complete Description:

The ETL Informatica Developer will be responsible for assessing requirements and designing and developing the data integration/ETL strategy, technical architecture, implementation plan, solutions, and delivery for enterprise data warehouse projects. The The resource will participates in all phases of the ETL development lifecycle, including unit testing and ongoing support and must have strong professional consulting skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization

 

Required Skills:

Experience with full life cycles of data warehousing projects using Informatica Power Center (7.1.3/8.6.1)

Have extensively worked on developing ETL program for supporting Data Extraction, Transformation and Loading using Informatica power center

Expertise in working with Informatica and tools like Informatica Server, Repository Manager, Designer, Workflow Manger and Workflow monitor

Experience in all phases of Data Modeling - Conceptual, Logical and Physical modeling

Strong experience in implementing Data warehousing solutions involving Dimension modeling with Star and Snow flake schema implementation

Extensively worked with Informatica performance tuning involving source level, target level and map level bottlenecks

Extensive experience in writing oracle SQL and PL-SQL procedures, functions, triggers and packages

The ETL developer should be a team player and have strong work ethics with excellent communication skills.
