Candidates should have at least 84 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:

Experience in Project Management of complex, cross-functional and multi-organization technology projects with a variety of key project stakeholders. Experience should include a variety of application development, COTS implementation and technology infrastructure projects.
Experience in analyzing and documenting business (functional) and system (technical) requirements.
Experience as a database administrator, web database developer, business analyst, systems analyst or other information systems technician working with a variety of technology resources.
Experience in managing Application Development projects using Java technologies with an Oracle database.
Hands-on experience using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of formal project management methodologies such as PMIs PMBOK, Waterfall and Agile methods and the NYS Project Management Guidebook.
ScrumMaster Certification.
Practical experience in effective team building, facilitation and presentation skills, and the ability to work and communicate with diverse groups.
Master's Degree in a business or technology discipline.
