Location: Jersey City, NJ
Description:
Scope of the project involves strategic development and enhancements to the platforms supporting connectivity in market clearing domain. This includes new functionalities, regulatory projects. Project is executed in a global delivery model including business center in NY, offshore team and other team members located globally.
Main Accountabilities:
A ESB architect/Sr.developer with hands on experience to design and develop enterprise class services using the Enterprise Service Bus software architecture model.
Primary tasks include but are not limited to:
o Bachelor/Master degree in computer science
o Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms and distributed computing
o Advanced knowledge of object oriented design principals and SOA design patterns
o Extensive experience designing and developing distributed enterprise service oriented architecture applications
o Extensive technology knowledge including but not limited to LDAP, JMS, Web service, java, SQL, email, sftp, http, xml, html, javascript
o Ability to establish standards and procedures to help guide other developers
o Familiarity with documenting solution architecture and service specifications
o 3+ years development experience in TIBCO ActiveMatrix products including BussinessWorks
o 10+ years of programming experience in object oriented languages (5+ in java)
Required:
• Enterprise architecture and design skills
• Strong on Core Java and middle ware technologies
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments
Desired/ Plus:
• Ability to coach and mentor the development team
• Ability to help development team in solution / design
