Position: Incident Manager
Contact/ CTH
Responsibilities:
· Manage and Track reported incidents throughout their lifecycle.
· Engaging the right resources in building the technical team required to evaluate and resole incidents.
· Confirming the business impact associated with each incident across all streams.
· Ensure timely, accurate, and concise communication and updates to Business and Management on ongoing incidents.
· Assist in the definition and execution of agreed remediation plans, for the resolution of incident, while ensuring that appropriate Change Management guidelines are adhered to.
· Ensure all documentation required to support FTSS process are maintained and updated appropriately to allow team members to continue providing the necessary coverage and support of an ongoing incident.
· Attend Change Management forums and Review, Analyze and Report on O&S Medium and High impact changes.
· Assist in the Problem Management phase to identify efficiencies and areas for improvement that could aid in preventing a recurrence.
· Help Manage and Coordinate large scale Infrastructure activities such as BCM/Isolation initiatives and DC Powerdown activities in the region.
