Role : Business Analyst
Location :Chicago
Duration : 8 Month
Technical/Functional Skills
• Good knowledge of Investment Banking and Commercial Banking
• Exp. On Client onboarding – KYC, CDD, Account Due Diligence workflows
• Good exp. Documenting business requirements
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good knowledge of any UML tools to create use cases, process maps, flow diagrams etc.
• Experience conducting brainstorming sessions and soliciting informing on requirements, vetting the understanding
• Interact with Key Project stakeholders and Business Users to formulate the Functional Requirement document for the project
• Managing the Requirements and communicating with all key stakeholders
• Liaise with the Build and QA team to help them formulate their Design and Test Strategies
Experience Required
• Strong Business Analysis background, Financial Domain exp.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Experience conducting brainstorming sessions and soliciting informing on requirements, vetting the understanding
• Interact with Key Project stakeholders and Business Users to formulate the Functional Requirement document for the project
• Managing the Requirements and communicating with all key stakeholders

• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams
• Hold team meetings, update clients on daily progress, liaise with stakeholders
