Demonstrated work experience managing complex, multi-year IT projects with multiple work streams and internal and external stakeholders expectations on a diverse project team.
Demonstrated work experience communicating project status to IT Leadership and briefing the Project Steering Committee and Agency Executive Staff as required.
Demonstrated Project Management experience, with Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification.
Demonstrated work experience using project management tools for business analysis/requirements gathering and process improvement, preferably Lean/6 Sigma techniques.
Demonstrated work experience creating project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures using MS Project.
Demonstrated work experience configuring, administering and reporting with HP Quality Center and Share Point.
Demonstrated work experience implementing the phases of the NYS Project Management Guidebook and fulfilling ITS Service Now reporting requirements.
Demonstrated work experience with Oracle and APEX application development ensuring software quality with unit/system and regression testing.
Demonstrated work experience implementing the Agile/SCRUM methodology/framework.
