Professional Qualifications & Experiences

Strong experience in Data Analysis, with the ability to work closely with the business to translate their requirements into data requirements

•Experience working on MDM projects strongly preferred

•Strong fundamental understanding of project management, specifically in the SDLC and Agile methodologies

•Ability to write PL/SQL scripts to perform data refreshes from one system to another or run data queries

•Ability to identify and map source and target data fields

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Breadth of knowledge across CRM platforms – i.e. ‘On Premise’ solutions vs. Hosted/Cloud-based solutions

•Will need to be available for weekend implementations (scheduled every other month).

Required Skills

•BS in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, and/or relevant work experience (foreign degree equivalent accepted)

•3+ years of Data Analyst experience

•3+ years of experience working with DataStage, Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server Databases, SQL

•3+ years of experience with Siebel 7 and 8

•Experience with Siebel Tools

•Experience with Agile, Scrum, Iterative, or Waterfall Development and project methodologies

•Siebel OpenUI knowledge a plus

•Excellent negotiation, facilitation and listening skills

•Skilled in Microsoft Visio
