Role	Java Technical Lead
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	Must have: • Primary Skill: Liferay Portal, Java / J2EE • 5+ years of experience in Java / J2EE technologies • 3+ years of experience in Liferay Enterprise Portal • Experience in any of the web frameworks (Struts, Spring etc) • Good knowledge in PL/SQL • Good written and verbal communication skills • Good to have: Working experience / knowledge Retail Domain
Roles and responsibility	• Gather and analyze internal and external clients' business needs and detailed specifications • Establish the interactions between each participant in the project • Define the strategy to be adopted • Identify data flows • Prepare and lead coordination meetings • Assist the project manager in following up and prioritizing development • Validate the functionalities developed with the various participants • Update existing documentation (e.g. procedures, business processes, user guides) • Write/adapt training manuals • Train future trainers as needed • Create website development specifications and business requirements. • Conduct analysis on website analytics and marketing metrics. • Take responsibility for the quality control of website development and changes. • Help maintain and develop the online procedure guide and knowledge database. • Support knowledge on the liferay website production support
