Title: Project Manager (Need Functional Experience)
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: $50/hr on C2C
Job Responsibilities
Provide project management services for the ATLAS Solution Delivery/Quality Assurance (SD/QA) leadership team
Attend key leadership meetings and assist with preparation, facilitation and scheduling as required
Work with SD/QA leadership team to document meeting action plans and maintain working team documents
Preparation & distribution of daily / weekly project dashboards/scorecards and status reports
Provide follow-up / status updates for Issues/Risks/Tasks assigned to team members
Maintain SD/QA SharePoint forms, such as RICEW Tracker
Provide filtered extracts via Excel as required of key tracking / reporting information as requested by leadership team
Skills/experiences:
Excellent people skills and self-motivated
Great verbal and written communication skills
Independent thinker; ability to work with minimal direction
Strong analysis capabilities; gathering data/input and organize appropriately
Willingness to "bulldog" issues and chase down project deliverables
Proven track record with designing and delivering effective management level presentations via MS PowerPoint
Good MS Excel skills
Experienced Project Manager with good exposure to project management methodologies, processes and software packages (MS Project, Clarity, etc.)
