I need assistance with the following requirement – CLIENT WILL ONLY TAKE LOCAL CANDIDATES:
Tech – ecommerce, Agile, BA
Soft – comm skills and leadership, fast paced environment, able to diplomatically present information and be straight forward / stick to the point
Must Have :
Agile exp – they write requirements and must be able to change on the fly. Must be able to write a user story , ecommerce, website, retail, CMS background – must be good with end user experience. Able to facilitate information with business and tech team
5+ yrs as a BA
Work with Multiple Business units – know the Product Owner, QA relationships, and UI importance
Technical enough to understand and translate both sides business and functionality. Get detail and put into tech format for tech team.
Day to Day :
These BAs are part of the Content Team, helping to roll the 10 websites for shopping and the 300 websites for content all into one website. Right now, each business unit has their own site and stores and there is no place to market their contact. Over the next 18-24 months, they will be launching a unified ecommerce website for all end users to go and found out information and be able to purchase products. This is a global initiative, over multiple years. The first release is Nov 8th, next release is around March 2015.
The BAs will be responsible for writing and gathering their own requirements, work with the product management teams and QA, and understand UX and Information Architect roles.
