Position: Business Analyst with Mobile Application Exp
Location: Detroit, MI.
Duration: 6+ Month On-Site contract plus extension
Interview mode: Phone than Skype.
Job Description:
-Agile, extensive experience
-Strong understanding of applications built with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Java (preferably mobile), with recent experience working with the delivery of such applications
-Enough knowledge to take ownership of the web app product
-Systems Analysis experience
-Good communicator
THIS ROLE:
-Work very closely with the development team, and the product managers, and be a part of taking ownership of this product
-Will become SME of this product
-Will leverage web technology experience to help drive the design of this, from driving functional/non-functional aspects of this role
LOOK ALSO FOR:
-Mobile application projects
-TDD environments
-Development background would be incredible
-Connected to Vehicle experience would be awesome

Do you have any line of sight on anyone else? I'm referring to the "Agile BA" concept.
It's the hot one on my list at the moment.
Just want someone who is product focused (could care less about PORJECT management, more about PRODUCT management)
who knows how to write user stories, breakdown user stories with development teams, manage the backlog, represent the backlog during the development sprint, and close stories...for a mobile product.
Qualifications:
•Experience in software Product Development (Products having a graphical user interface is a must.
Applications delivered to a mobile phone preferred. Customer facing websites secondary.)
•Experience capturing and managing software product requirements as User Stories is a must
•Experience with the Atlassian Jira Agile product suite is beneficial
•Experience creating user experience artifacts such as storyboards and wireframes is beneficial
•Experience creating architectural artifacts such as sequence diagrams is beneficial
•Demonstrable knowledge of software development lifecycles and activities.
•A strong understanding of software Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
•The desire to be part of, and to contribute to, a team environment.
•Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
•A clear ability to manage a range of different personality types in a facilitative and mature manner
•Strong relationship building skills including the ability to relate constructively to all levels of the organization.
•Strong listening and written and oral communication skills.
•Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical addressees
•Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
Education:
•Bachelor's degree in various fields of study are applicable. Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, etc.
•Scrum Product Owner Certification and/or Scrum Master Certification is beneficial.
