Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills:
v Must have Scrum Master certification.
v Should have at least 8+ Yrs. of IT experience
ü Should have 2+ years of hands on experience in Agile - Scrum.
ü Should have experience in running Scrum stand-ups, Planning, Retrospectives and reviews.
ü Should possess excellent Scrum monitoring, tracking, process implementation, impediment resolution, and performance feedback expertise.
ü Should be capable of proposing business environment specific agile solutions to deliver value.
ü Must have strong communication skills.
ü Self-starter with strong management skills.
Desirable Technical /Functional Skills:
v The associate must have strong hands on expertise in Agile Project Management Tools. Preferably, VersionOne.
ü MS- Project and MS Excel expertise.
