Overall 10+ years in Java/J2EE with 7+ Years of WCS Experience
v Good Communication and Analytical skills
v Strong Design and Architecture experience in ecommerce landscape (WCS/ATG/Hybris etc)
v Should be able to create blueprint designs / architecture landscape's for complex eco systems and with ability to deliver solutions in business and IT forums
v Strong understanding of Websphere commerce architecture and able to provide right design decisions
v Experience in Integrating and designing Order Management solutions along with Websphere Commerce
v Experience of having couple of full cycle implementations with Commerce and Order Management (Sterling / Manhattan)
v Should have strong understanding of Sterling Order Management platform and life cycle of various business processes
v Hands-on experience with Websphere Commerce Server and Sterling
v Strong Java J2EE experience
v Database Programming Skill
v End-to-end experience in software development life-cycle and familiar with agile methodologies
v Knowledge in WCS all versions and new SOA framework
v Executed at least 2 WCS end-to-end implementation
v Project leadership skills for managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading toward a common vision
v Ability to abstract detail into larger (repeatable) patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques
