Technical/Functional Skills :
Experience on following technology stacks
• Software Design Patterns
• SOA patterns
• J2EE
• IBM Websphere
• MQ Series
• Spring
• JMS
• Webservices creation and consumption
• ESB (Tibco)
Experience Required
• 8+ years of experience leading software development teams in good software architecture and design in a Service Oriented Architecture.
Roles & Responsibilities : Extensive, real-world experience designing enterprise software and defining Solution Architectures and technology ( design patterns, SOA, EAI, etc. )
Works with business analysts and software architects to design and develop applications utilizing various Java technologies surrounding SOA implementations (including Core Java, JEE, Web Services, ESBs)
Evaluate and implement new initiatives on process improvement and technology initiatives.
Generic Managerial Skills : Good Team player, Excellent Analytical Skills, Ability to work under pressure, Good communication skills, Does continual learning.
Education : Bachelor of Engineering or MBA/MCA
