Job Title : Support Analyst
Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 6+ Years (minimum)
Technical Skills :
• Experience in at least one production support project
• Hands on experience on ETL Informatica,OBIEE analytics and Oracle BI Publisher.
• Excellent skills in debugging complex SQL queries.
• Good experience in PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting
• Excellent communication skills
• Hands on DAC scheduling and monitoring
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug an issue, conduct root cause analysis and resolve the issue within SLA.
• Monitoring ETL batch jobs and performance tuning.
• Present permanent solutions to IT.
• Effort estimation.
• ITIL support processes.
• Well versed with developing time, resource estimates and project plans for execution.
Preferred Experience
• Hands-on experience in Airline industry.
• Ability to understand loyalty concepts and map suitable entities in Siebel based on requirements
• Knowledge on Informatica Cloud
Roles & Responsibilities
• Issue resolution for daily support issues.
• Customer expectations management.
• Daily interactions with IT & Business champion.
• Ability to delegate work.
• Work in onsite-offshore delivery model.
