• Associate should have strong EDI files and Healthcare Claims business knowledge
• Should have strong technical knowhow and knowledge on plans/providers/payers
• Should have played Data Coordinator and Architect role at least for 3-5 years
• Strong DB skills and knowledge on Environment/Change Management is a MUST
• Should have a very strong communication, trouble shooting skills and co-ordination skills
• Need to manage 5-8 data analysts to deliver the test data needs for multiple testing teams
