Role:                    SAP QM PM Functional Consultant
Location:             Lebanon, NJ
Duration:             Long term

Job Description:
A senior SAP functional consultant with minimum 2 End to End Implementation and support experience.
A background with PHARMA Client & Work experience with GMP (Good manufacturing practices) is preferred.
Strong configuration skills in SAP QM & PM and Knowhow of BI reporting

Skill Set:

· REQUIRED: Candidate is required to have Bachelor Degree, BS/BA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting & Finance or equivalent
REQUIRED: 5+ years of SAP consulting experience in SAP QM/PM modules and flexible to work in other modules.
PHARMA experience is preferred. Experience with GMP (Good manufacturing practice) preferred.
Functional experience in defining business, data, process requirements and functional design specification (SAP SolMan preferred).

SAP Quality Management with Inspection Plan, Lots, Manage Physical Sampling , Corrective Action / Preventive Action, Recurring Inspection.
Hands-On experience in SAP QM - COA (Certificate of Analysis), Custom reports, Batch genealogy ,Maintain Quality Master Data & Shop Floor Execution - Batch Dispositioning (BD cockpit)

Able to define Master Data in Plant Maintenance. Work Centers, Functional Locations, Equipment, Installation/Dismantling at Functional Locations, Equipment, Material, Serial Numbers and Serial Number Profile.
Able to configure Measuring Points and Counters, Document Link(MIDAS), Maintenance Processing, Corrective Maintenance Notification Types, Objects and Object Information, Catalogs and Catalog Profiles, Integration of Notification to Order, Order Type and Operation List preventive maintenance, MRO Repairs, Notifications.
PM integration with the other SAP Modules (MM, Mini HR, FI, PtP)

Functional knowledge of SAP BW/BI reporting for report analysis and minor enhancement & break-fix.
