Role: Data Analyst
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Duration: 6 Months
Note Prior Experience with Hi-tech industry is Must
Required Skills:
Experience applying statistical methods in following few scenarios, deriving Customer 360, Cross sell/Upsell, Customer Churn, Customer loyalty or sentiment
prediction, Partner Performance Analytics, Customer segmentation etc in Technology vertical
Expertise and understanding of Sales, Marketing, Channel and Customer support business processes in technology vertical
Hand on with various datasets/entities including Campaign, Response, Lead, Contact, Account, Partner, Opportunity, Quote, Order, Asset, Entitlement, Service Request etc
Outstanding demonstrated business acumen - The candidate must be able to function and lead effectively in multi-disciplinary teams that include business and technical contributors.
Candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity and yet able to steer analytics projects toward clear business goals, testable hypotheses and action-oriented outcomes
Build and maintain complex statistical models that learn from and scale to enterprise usage
Proven ability to deal and thrive with multiple imperfect, mixed, varied, and inconsistent data sources
SQL and data visualization experience, Qlikview or OBIEE skill is a plus.
Demonstrated competence in managing and analyzing structured and unstructured data using tools such as R or SQL
Experience in one or more of the following techniques: regression, graph theories, clustering techniques etc
