Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills    • Experience in SQL Server 2012, SQL Server Analysis service , SQL Server Integration service
• Experience in Team Foundation Server
• Experience in Data warehouse methodologies
• Experience in data modelling
• Good understanding in ETL methods
• Development experience in Agile Methodology
• Understands and enforces coding standards and best practices.
• Should have excellent communication skills and able to work closely with different stake holders

Roles and responsibility    • Responsible for design, implement and support the development and work closely with Business analyst and Product owners.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and meet the timelines.
• Responsible for understanding the requirement, prepare technical design, reviewing architecture, based on functional specifications for new components
• Ensure delivered applications meets customer’ standards for security, correctness, platform readiness and performance
• Participate in technical design/development walkthrough discussions and suggest best practices.
• Responsible for designing and implementing specific proof of concepts/components as and when required.
• Review current applications technology platform/APIs and design new components that integrate with current system.
• This position demands a well-organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work, change directions quickly, manage geographically dispersed resources and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals and effectively manage projects in a cross-functional environment.

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills    Expertise in EDW engagemnets
Total experience in required skill (years)    5+ years

    But, what about this? what if you typed a catchier
    title? I ain't suggesting your content isn't solid., however what
    if you added a headline that grabbed folk's attention?
    I mean "SAP JOBS USA:135480 BI-SQL Developer" is a little plain.
    You should glance at Yahoo's home page and watch how they create post headlines to grab people interested.
    You might try adding a video or a related picture or two to grab people interested about
    what you've written. Just my opinion, it might make your blog a little livelier.
