- Business requirements gathering and analysis
- Exposure to process flow diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Event Flow, Use Cases,
- Good Communication - must conduct meetings / discussions /Workshops over the telephone or in person
- Exposure to Rational CLM Tools will be an added advantage - but not mandatory
- Experience in working in Agile Scrum Working environment
