Job Requirements:
• 7+ years' experience as an automation tester with deep experience using automation tools
• 3+ years of experience working with selenium
• Competent in all areas of the SDLC and in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.)
• Excellent skills in each of the following:
• Leadership skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Oral and written communication skills including the ability to articulate technical concepts to business leaders
• Documenting automation strategy/ automation test plans
• Reporting test metrics
• Interfaces with client testers and other technical resources
• Automation framework design and build
• Automation test case authoring
• Automation Test Execution
Validation
• Defect logging
• Retesting of defects
