PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant – HR
Work Location : New Jersey, USA
Duration : 3 months
Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 8+ years of experience
Necessary Skills :
• Good PeopleSoft Technical knowledge in creation of Application Engine Program, Application Packages, SQR Programming, Integration Broker, SQL, PeopleCode, CI, Crystal reports.
• Working/ knowledge of the following PeopleSoft HR Modules (Core HR, Ben Admin, NA Payroll, Time & Labor, ePerformance, interfaces)
• Good communication skills.
• Working experience in onsite-offshore model
• Experience in Creation and Execution of Test cases and Scripts
Desired Skills
• Experience in Finance integration with HR.
• Good experience in Upgrades and Implementations.
• Good knowledge in PeopleSoft security
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Incident and Service Request management as part of production support activities.
• Co-ordinate with Functional Users, End-users and Onshore as required.
• Contribute as technical architect providing value addition and permanent solutions to problem tickets.
• Responsible for working closely with TCS project manager for status updates.
• Responsible for supporting all development activities done by the team, on the project.
Generic Managerial Skills :
• Able to plan/track tasks/activities
• Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
• Mentor a team of module leads
Education : Graduate

• Experience with PS Data Archival projects
