Responsibilities:
Application Packager – SCCM –As part of the consolidation project to centralize directory and email services, we are seeking three SCCM packagers to assist in their deployment of the enterprise wide 2012 SCCM solution.
1. Minimum Qualifications
At least 5+ years progressive Windows Server and SCCM packaging experience, and 2012 SCCM certification.
2. Technical Skills
Advance imaging and packaging using MSI & AppV 5.0
Deep knowledge of MDT and SCCM/Configuration Manager
Experience with MDOP and client virtualization technologies
Deep knowledge of Windows Client Imaging and Deployment
PowerShell automation leveraging WMI
VBScript automation
Developing/maintaining Custom MOF files
TSQL – Transact‐Structured Query language
WQL – Windows Query language
SQL Server Reporting Services
Responsibilities:
As part of the SCCM work stream, assist departments in packaging applications for central deployment
Utilize the latest in deployment technology to find solutions for applications not compatible with our current standardization.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
The selected individual(s) will work independently with minimal supervision, and work with the requesting manager to seek clarification in a timely manner to resolve any constraints in performing the duties and meeting the deliverables on time.
Develop and follow procedures for testing applications prior to deployment.
Document the customizations and decisions made during the packaging process, and transfer knowledge before disengagement.
Will be required to create time sensitive deliverables.
Document installation and troubleshooting procedures for all approved software and make available to other members of the Business Planning & Support team and related support teams.
Provide system support for changes and enhancements following the accepted change management protocols.
Understand and adhere to security policies and procedures, as they pertain to the Windows client platform.
