Requirement - HTML5/ Front End Developer

Job Title: HTML5/ Front End Developer
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration :  6-12 months

We are looking for an experienced web application developer to create awesome map-based apps.
Being in this position means you’ll be doing a bit of everything with lots to learn from and contribute to: developing features quickly and reliably, automated testing, making architecture decisions, feedback on feature concepts… you name it.

Core Skill-set:
·         Experience and deep understanding of Javascript
·         Experience in HTML5/CSS
·         Experience working with RESTful APIs

A Big Plus:
·         You have worked with AngularJS or other MV-whatever JS framework
·         PhoneGap/Titanium or other cross platform mobile app Dev framework
·         You enjoy architecting code in a way that makes you and your teammates more productive

Nice to have:
·         You are familiar with LESS and Bootstrap for some CSS magic
·         You don’t let a single pixel on screen be out of place
·         You love maps and have done stuff with them
·         You love clean, maintainable and modular code. If you don’t like what you see, you review it and ask to refactor it
·         You optimize your time – if you can automate something repetitive and boring like deployment, you do it quickly
·         You care about performance – if you can improve load/render times in slow connections or machines, you will push the team to do it
·         You can point us to a URL of something cool you’ve done
·         You believe in using the right tool for the job, but you don’t think twice before playing around with new things.

Thanks & Regards,

Kumar
