SAP R3 Competencies
* Should well versed in OM, PA, Payroll module of SAP HCM
* Should have experience in SAP HR testing ( Payroll process)
* Creation and maintenance of employees' master data in SAP HR modules like Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY),
* Creating Test Data in SAP to test the functionalities for the modules OM, PA, Payroll.
Testing Methodologies/ testing competencies
* Gathered understanding of SRS, BRS, FTT, SD, FDD order to execute the software testing life cycle
* Strong understanding of Blue Prints, SRS, FRS, FTT, BRD
* Expertise and well versed in HP ALM, Quality Center's Requirements module, Test Plan, Test Lab, and Defects module.
* Prepared and execution test cases for SAP HCM modules included PA, OM, Payroll
* Maintaining & managing the Test Environment.
* A good exposure in System Testing, Regression Testing, Black-Box Testing methodologies, and UAT which includes identifying Test scenarios writing Test Cases, creating Test plans and Test Suites for the execution
* Creating/Maintaining/Executing test cases in HP ALM
