Duties & Responsibilities
Provide consulting support to customers in applying the most appropriate technologies & solutions for the business requirements
Hands-on engagement in designing & developing applications
Mentoring team members to follow the design framework and industry best practices
Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, designing proofs of concepts
Perform code walkthroughs, reviews
Document technical design, get customer sign offs on proposed designs
Participate in requirement gathering & analysis
Work with various functional teams in aiding project planning, estimation, execution and production support
Work on multiple projects at the same time in a fast paced environment and deliver quality results
Provide inputs & suggestions to CTE's management in scaling up business with its customers

Position Requirements
Minimum of 6 or more years of successful project delivery with a focus on systems design.
Experience with large scale program and project delivery. Strong project management skills.
Develop and validate project plans for development work. Review and adjust as necessary
to ensure timelines are met.
Has a proven track record of 3+ years in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP.
Also, has a proven record of 3+ SAP upgrade and 1+ SAP EHP upgrade.
Knowledge on different SAP versions ( R/3 4.6c, R/3 4.7, ECC5.0, ECC6.0)
Provide\Validate detailed estimates on ABAP RICEFW objects.
Make recommendations to SAP development teams to achieve best practices and high
performance.
Experience in developing RICEFW objects using technologies like ABAP ALE, EDI, IDOC, RFC,
BAPI, BDC, User-exits, custom-exists, SAP script, Smartforms, Report development,
Workflow, Enhancements, Dialog Programming, Data Migration methods, Conversions,
Interfaces, Performance Tuning.
Development experience in using ABAP Objects by using Object Oriented programming
skills, BAdIs and other enhancements using switch framework;
Thorough understanding of SAP Netweaver architecture
Experienced in leading a team of 5+ developers.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and team collaboration skills.
Experience in pre-sales support.
Relationship building skills with counterparts at client or partners. Strong business focus.
