Skills Needed:

Rules Engine Development 5+ years of experience in the following:

designing, authoring business rules in IBM iLOG, IBM ODM, Corticon or similar rules engine

experience in declarative construct of rules

experience in exposing the decision/rule via WS & EJB, POJO

Strong knowledge of eclipse based rules engines

Strong XML knowledge

Should be able to work with business to show business value of rule and its effectiveness

Should be able to work with IT team to develop, debug rules

Experience in branch/merge facilities for rules source code General skills required:

7+ years development experience in the following areas: ? J2EE, Java 5.0, EJB ? JSP and Servlets ? SQL ? Struts, Struts 2 ? Hibernate ? Spring ? Web Services ? JavaScript ? XML ? Custom Tags ? JDBC ? Multi-Threading ? HTML ? J-Query ? AJAX ? LDAP using Active Directory or Tivoli
