Job Description :
Ø Our client is seeking a consultant with experience developing complex ecommerce solutions on the Magento platform and has expert knowledge of HTML, CSS and PHP.
Ø The candidate is a skilled web developer who is driven to develop reusable and maintainable code and provide an incredible user interface experience.
Write-up Criteria
Ø 5+ years of PHP
Ø Expert level or certs with Magento
Ø Preferred: eCommerce
Skills & Qualifications:
Ø Demonstrated experience with Magento Enterprise
Ø Successful completion of the Magento Certification Exam or willingness to take the exam
Ø Advanced knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Ajax and JQuery
Ø Advanced knowledge of HTML & CSS with the ability to transform complex layout (PSD) into pixel-perfect presentation-layer HTML/CSS templates
Ø Thorough understanding of cross browser compatibility issues
Ø Experience incorporating custom fonts on the web utilizing tools like typekit, sift, cufon, etc.
Ø Proven ability to write clean structured and well documented code (Samples will be requested)
Ø Integration experience primarily with Sage, but support for Knotice, Bazaarvoice and other APIs and ERP/stock management systems in general
Ø Experience using LAMP and version control
