Position: Technical Lead

Candidate Skill Requirements: SAP ABAP with Leading Experience Mandatory

Qualification: BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech, MCA, MS, M.Sc, MBA (IT) or (Systems) 

Experience: 5 to 8 yrs 

Job Description: 
1. Willingness to get involved in technical activities like solution definition, reviews and if required development of complex components
2. Ability to think out of the box and propose solutions (Technical, Functional & Process wise).
3. Awareness of Offshore model of working.
4. Quality Management in terms of Indentifying gaps in requirement, doing reviews &   testing, both for self & team.
5. Process of Estimation, planning, scheduling & tracking.
6. Risk Management, Resource Management
7. Monitoring & Control in terms of budget & timelines

Mandatory Skills
Strong knowledge of core ABAP Programming (Reports, Function Modules, SAP Scripts, BDC, DDIC) 
Dialog Programming and ALV OOPs 
Good knowledge of code optimization 
Good hands on various SAP/ABAP tools (EPC, Code Inspector) 
ABAP development and technical specification mastery 
Ability to do good technical design 
Strong analytically and debugging skills.
