Position UI Developer

Location: San Jose, CA / Cupertino, CA

Duration: 12 Months

Position Type: Contract

Pay Rate: $DOE

Objectives

To implement UI enhancements for existing web applications in Java, J2EE framework. 

To implement UI design and do customization to existing presentation layer 

Design and Implement UI, Business Logic and Data Access Logic 

Perform unit and integration testing

 

Job Knowledge:

Java, J2EE based Web Application Development.

Strong/effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to understand and appropriately respond to customer needs

 

Job Experience:

Experience in solution, architecture and implementation of Web application in Java technology 

5+ years of experience in Design, Development and Testing of Web Applications. 

Strong Planning and Analytical Skills. 

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 

Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels in particular senior business managers 

Demonstrates thought-leadership, initiative, independence, and willingness to learn 

Demonstrated ability to lead and work with teams across multiple locations and time zones

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Programming, Engineering, Mathematics, or related scientific field
