I have the following position open. Please let me know your thoughts.

3 references required.

Candidates should have at least 60 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:

• Experience managing large scale and complex system implementation.
  
• Experience building out and leading a high performance test team, interfacing with external testing groups, preparing and executing successful testing strategies and test project management.
  
• Experience developing technology based integration, system and regression testing.
  
• Experience with all phases of testing – including unit, system, integration, user acceptance and pilot.
  
• Experience delivering results against rigorous project schedules.
  
• Experience creating test plans, test schedules, test reports and tracking defect management.
  
• Demonstrated ability to build teams, coach and mentor and work across organizations and skill levels.
  
• Experience with automation tools.
  
• Experience testing a tax systems.
  

Please note that our client does allow Skype/remote interviews.  However they reserve the right to require an in-person interview.
