1) SAP Pre-Sales Consultant
Location : Open anywhere in US

Level : Associate Vice President

Salary : k base + sales incentives.

 SAP SME

·         15 – 20 years IT experience

·         8 – 10 years of experience in SAP Technologies including SAP BW/BO/HANA & SAP Mobility

·         At least one or two years of experience with Pre-Sales and/or Solutioning for SAP practice of an IT services organization with a strong focus on SAP BW + HANA & Mobility

·         Strong quality consulting capability with ability to build ROI Case for the recommendation

·         Has managed at least two large SAP projects with a team of over 15+ members

·         Experienced in pre-sales functions viz.

·         Preparing and completing RFI, RFP, and sales process

·         Conducting Financial analysis for proposed solutions

·         Building Marketing and Sales Collateral

·         Attending and participating in oral presentation with Sr. Client Managers

·         Has good understanding and awareness of the latest market trends in the SAP HANA & SAP Mobility landscape

 

Experience in Client Management and Client Satisfaction:

·         Has established trusted partner relationships to expand the SAP services footprint

·         Has references to validate client satisfaction scores (>90%)

 

Experience in Market Planning and Thought Leadership:

·         Has experience in developing plans to drive market acceptance, competitive advantage & customer satisfaction (matrix with Pillar, Competency, and Sales teams)

·         Has provided POV for best practices and develop key performance indicators to show value to clients

·         Has experience with developing pricing models and options for new solutions

Salesforce Pre-Sales Consultant

SFDC SME

·         15 – 20 years IT experience

·         8 – 10 years of experience across CRM Technologies, particularly SFDC & Force.com platform

·         At least one or two years of experience with Pre-Sales and/or Solutioning in SFDC

·         Strong quality SFDC consulting capability

·         Has managed at least two large CRM projects with a team of 20+ members

·         Experienced in sales support functions viz.

·         Preparing and completing RFI, RFP, and sales process

·         Conducting Financial analysis for proposed solutions

·         Building Marketing and Sales Collateral

·         Attending and participating in oral presentation with Sr. Client Managers

·         Has good understanding and awareness with the latest market trends in the CRM space particulary SFDC.

 

Experience in Client Management and Client Satisfaction:

·         Has established trusted partner relationships to expand the SFDC services footprint

·         Has references to validate client satisfaction scores (>90%)

 

Experience in Market Planning and Thought Leadership:

Oracle SME

·         15 – 20 years IT experience

·         8 – 10 years of experience in Oracle Technologies including eBS & Fusion

·         At least one or two years of experience with Pre-Sales and/or Solutioning in Oracle eBS & Oracle Fusion

·         Strong quality consulting capability with ability to build ROI Case for the recommendation

·         Has managed at least two large Oracle projects with a team of 20+ members

·         Experienced in sales support functions viz.

·         Preparing and completing RFI, RFP, and sales process

·         Conducting Financial analysis for proposed solutions

·         Building Marketing and Sales Collateral

·         Attending and participating in oral presentation with Sr. Client Managers

·         Has hands-on experience in setting up large Testing CoEs and/or Transition of large programs

·         Has good understanding and awareness of the latest market trends in the Oracle eBS & Oracle Fusion landscape

 

Experience in Client Management and Client Satisfaction:

·         Has established trusted partner relationships to expand the Oracle Services footprint

·         Has references to validate client satisfaction scores (>90%)

 

Experience in Market Planning and Thought Leadership:
