Role: Business System Analyst Lead with SAP HR EXp.
Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 6+ months
Job Description:

Ø Around 8+ years of experience
Ø Knowledge and experience of Cognos BI reporting.
Ø Knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts and Teradata (good to have)
Ø Ability to understand the business requirements and manage various business stakeholders.
Ø Ability to manage and coordinate multiple issues simultaneously and adhering to Nike processes and policies.
Ø Systems analysis skills to document requirements and update Functional Specifications for developers.
Ø Ability to supervise BI/SAP Developers (onshore and offshore) to fix/enhance or to develop new reports.
Ø Ability to coordinate with other support teams as needed to provide requirements and coordinate changes using the Nike change control process.
Ø Strong communication skills for communicating issues and timelines to the HR report owners.
Ø Knowledge of testing and creating needed documentation for approval of changes thru the Nike Change Control process.
Ø Knowledge of incident/change management systems.
Ø Knowledge on HR (good to have)
