Required skills:
Exp showing hands on duties w/IBM Web Sphere Application Servers at 7.x or higher in a large multi–tier, multi-platform, (multiple hardware nodes at each level) UNIX environment supporting multiple app clusters. (e.g. install, maintain, tune, configure, prob determination):
Exp showing hands on duties w/administering Web Sphere Network Deployment manager in a multi–tier, multi-platform large (multiple hardware nodes at each level) UNIX environment. supporting multiple application clusters. (e.g. install, maintain, tune, configure, problem determination):
Exp administering web/http servers to support Web Sphere in a multi–tier, multi-platform large (multiple hardware nodes at each level) UNIX environment supporting multiple application clusters. (e.g. installing, maintaining, tuning, configuring, problem determination):
Experience with network clients in a Web Sphere environment (e.g. install, maintain, tune, configure, prob determination):
Experience in building Web Sphere deployment scripts in a production and non-production environment (e.g. writing, implementing, maintaining):
Experience with MQ Series and queue managers (e.g. installing, supporting, configuring and problem determination):
Experience with Web Sphere Portal manager (e.g. installing, supporting, configuring, problem determination):
Experience with IBM WebSeal (e.g. installing, supporting, configuring, problem determination):
Experience using automated scheduling software on a UNIX platform to support WebSphere applications (e.g. BMC scheduler, Control-M):
Experience with IBM MQ workflow (e.g. installing, supporting, configuring, problem determination):
Experience in using IBM System architect tool:
Experience and knowledge in supporting applications following system development life cycle:
In addition, they may be requirement to carry a pager and/or cellular phone (at the vendor's expense).
