Location - Minneapolis, MN

Required Skills

Required experience: TIBCO Designer, TIBCO BW (Business Works), TIBCO Admin, TIBCO EMS, WSDL/SOAP/XSD/XML, HTTP(S), JDBC, Oracle, Relational Databases, Unix

•  Optional experience: BE (Business Events), TIBCO ADB (Active Database Adapter), JSON, REST, TIBCO CLE (Common Logging and Exception), SSL, Layer7

•  Tools: SQL Developer, SOAP UI, GitHub  (other version control), XML Spy/XML Pad

•  Knowledge/Experience utilizing the following models: Publish/Subscribe, SOA, Event Driven, Request/Reply

•  Agile experience doing Design, Development, Testing Support/Defect Tracking, Deployments, Technical Documentation
Should have experience working in an Onshore/Offshore model and be willing to work and guide the Offshore team.

• Must have good experience working with XSD, XPath, XSLT, BW Functions, Palettes, exception handling, Transaction, XA Transaction, concurrency, REST/SOAP services, SSL configuration. Preferably Tibco BW 5.6 or higher.

• Must have working Knowledge of applying messaging models, Delivery Modes, Acknowledgement Modes, Message Selectors, Bridges, Transactions for integration design. RV, MQ Experience a plus.

• Knowledge of Flow Control, Fault Tolerance, Load Balancing, Routing for design is required

• Should have experience in Design Documentation, UML Diagrams (Sequence, State, Activity, Deployment)

• Knowledge of Service Orchestration, Composite services, Workflow patterns. bpel experience a plus. Knowledge of SOA, Event Driven Architecture, Governance (Service lifecycle management, versioning, policying), Canonical Models is an advantage

• Must have knowledge of Configuration Management process and tools, preferably 'git', Build and Deployment using Ant, AppManage, Buildear etc; experience on Linux/Unix environment, shell scripts

• Experience with Continuous Integration tool e.g. Jenkins, CruiseControl an advantage

• Should have experience with SoapUI, Gems or similar tools

• Should have knowledge of Tibco BusinessEvents, CEP, Concept, Relationships, Channels, Event, Rules, Cache modes

• Knowledge of Tibco Activespaces or similar in-memory data grid, Load balancing, fault tolerance, backing store an advantage

• Good to have Knowledge of Tibco Hawk rulebase configuration, Tibco SpotFire, Tibco iProcess Engine

• Retail domain knowledge a plus

• Cross-geograhy & cross-cultural experience, good communication and presentation skills
