Role : Programmer Analyst
Location : Oakbrook,IL
Duration : 6 Month+
This Programmer Analyst position primarily supports the customers and
process that support the US Data Validation and Cleansing application
(EMIX) and the Transaction Level Detail application. Customers of this
data include Supply Chain, Global Data Warehouse, and Menu Item
Management.
Responsibilities include:
3 to 5 yrs of Coding exp
• PL/SQL
• Visio expertise
• MS Office Suite expertise
• Strong understanding of system development lifecycle
• Experienced testing background with a high attention to detail.
• Customer Focus
• Nice to have - EMIX - US Data and Validation Application
• Translating business needs into technical solutions
• General application and business support
• Maintaining on call support
• Client interaction
• Answering business questions
• Working with the outsourced infrastructure team on issues,
enhancements, and upgrades related to the system
• Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• Creating change requests and incidents
• Creating and/or reviewing technical documents
• Becoming the EMIX subject matter expert.
