Rate - $50/HR
Location: Detroit
Duration - 1 + year
Required Skills:
? Extensive experience in leading complex projects and programs with division or company wide scope.
? Strong skills required in communications, leadership, presentations to senior management, problem-solving, project management, team development and organization.
? A Bachelor?s degree in Business or Computer Science, or 5+ years related work experience required
? Minimum of 5+ years of experience in leading team of QA Testers.
? Minimum 5+ years of web, client server application testing experience.
? Minimum of 2+ years of Rational Quality Manager
? Must have the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes while maintaining urgency in completing assigned tasks.
? Ability to convert requirements documents (Business Requirements, Functional Requirements and Technical Requirements) into test strategies/plans, test scenarios and test cases, including appropriate SQL scripts to execute testing cases.
? Experience and ability to participate in test planning, coordination and resource estimation for the project.
? Prepare and manage test schedule, resources with project development schedule
? Should be able to coordinate with internal and external teams.
? Propose testing best practices across clients/industry to strengthen testing methodology
? Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
Solid understanding of relational database concepts, SQL and procedural SQL
? Will be responsible for explaining and validating test results to peers as well as clients.
? Must be able to question the work of others to ensure accuracy and be able to defend theories and methodologies used to create individual results.
? Strong executive presence and ability to interact with top executives
? Solid time management skills with emphasis on multi-tasking
