Duration: Long Term
The successful candidate would be expected to be a part of the POS testing group within the Testing group, which would be responsible forSystem integration testing and RegressionTesting on multi-platform, multi-client systems developed on varied platforms. The candidate would be responsible for the test deliverables of the POS testing engagement during theSystem Integration Testing.
Key Responsibilities
q Check that the test environments are suitable for type of testing.
q Requirement gathering
q Coordination with the client on the various aspects of the engagement.
q Report issues regarding testing
q Execute System Integration Testing and Regression Testing in testing environment.
q Categorise and report defects
q 8 years of experience in Testing.
q At least 8 years of experience in Functional testing in POS
q Testing experience in the POS
q Excellent knowledge of the retail business process.
q Experience in System Integration Testing/Regression Testing/Performance Testing.
q Knowledge of ASAP/Waterfall/Agile methodology.
q ISEB certification or equivalent
q Experience of using the Mercury Quality Centre
q Experience in Automated functional testing using QTP would be preferred else Experience and Knowledge of any automation tool would be welcome.
