Role: Senior SAP HCM Security Consultant

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Duration: 6 weeks on-site includes an option to renew for incremental periods as needed

Interview:

***Candidates must be available for on-site or phone interviews to be scheduled the week of April 1***

Job Description:

• Ten years experience in SAP HCM Security design and implementation in each of the functional modules listed, with recent experience with SAP Learner Portal; and Governance Risk and Compliance/ Virsa tools. 
• Ability to bring best practice HCM security design and maintenance approaches; 
• Experience to assess the current SAP Security design and determine risks associated with new proposed development, and related needs for functional changes made; including experience in security design re-engineering;
• Experience in troubleshooting and documenting issues and gaps, and documenting resolutions;
• Ability to assess reporting needs and/or create reports;
• Experience in Intranet/Intranet Security as it relates to user SAP accessibility is preferable;
• Ability to accurately document security design and processes;
• Background in application Audit procedures, including experience with IT Audit tools.

 

Other Skills

• Ability to collectively work with customers with varying skills sets.  Customer groups include ERP functional teams, ERP development team, ERP Basis team, and End-users;

• Developing and executing a Testing Strategy;

• Experience in training customers in preparation for self-reliance, including the development of training materials;
• This candidate will be expected to mentor and train members of client throughout his/her assignment.
• Coordination and development of timelines/time estimates for assignments;

·         Experience in working in a Public Sector environment;

·         Experience in working in an environment that has been in Production for five (5) years;

·         Exceptional interpersonal skills that provide the ability to communicate and work well with others.

·         Ability to plan and organize work and responsibilities.
