Job Description :
* Identify new clients including corporate, developers, landlords through business development and generate land & industrial requirements as well explore business opportunity for other service lines in Company.
* Follow up with existing clients for land & industrial requirements
* Networking with Developers, land aggregators, investors and landlords
* Should be able to implement the process for transaction management seamlessly for the client and execute transactions - land acquisition, land disposition, structure Joint development of land between landlord and developer, lease of factory, lease of warehouse space.
* Interact with government departments related to land allotment to secure land for clients as per their requirement.
* Work on Request For Proposal
* Make cold calls to meet new landlords / developers/corporate.
* Tracking availability of land & industrial properties on Sale or lease or Joint development
* Strategise negotiations with clients & Landlords
* Financial Analysis
* Build and manage client relationship and create pipeline for business.
* Customize service offering to meet client expectations.
