2 ) Good hands on capability BW and BI.7.0 - can independently develop good quality deliverable and guide / mentor junior team members effectively.
3 ) Assists team lead in analyzing requirements , change request , does impact analysis and provides estimation. Initiates change requests.
5 ) Presents and discusses work results clearly.
6 ) Defines / Assist in designing project specific templates.
7 ) Prepares / guides and ensures that team follows the specifications / standards / guidelines / design.
8 ) Reviews the specifications , documentation , test cases / scripts and also gets it approved by team lead / Client
9 ) Recommends best method and tools to improve process.
10 ) Works closely with Team lead in ensuring that all deliverables have good quality and adheres to schedules.
