Note: Need a consultant with experience in leading a team in Onshore/Offshore and not a lead developer.



The successful applicant must have proven experience with the following:

Must have 8+ year of experience with lead experience. (Lead experience is mandatory)
Effective communication skills
Experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns



Language/Framework:



Primary Skills

FLEX
Flash Builder 4.5
HTML
Adobe Action Script, MXML
Understanding of any relational database.



Nice to have Skills

OS: OSX, Windows, Fedora 8
Language/Technology: Ruby on Rail 1.9.2, Sinatra Gem, HTML 5
Web Server: Apache - Passenger
Database: My SQL



Job Roles / Responsibilities:

Will be responsible supporting the current production systems and onsite coordination. Requirements gathering and verifying offshore deliverables.
