Dear Candidate,
Responsible to Ëœown select HR processes and associated Technology Initiatives. S/he is responsible for managing process documents, work with the capabilities teams and Shared Service Center teams (wherever applicable) of the processes - in improving, standardizing and integrating processes. S/he will also be responsible to collate functional requirements, developing functional test cases, testing and helping in prioritization of requirements for the applications responsible for. S/he will be responsible for project managing improvement efforts in the process, as well as supporting change management to ensure that the improvement is seamlessly integrated into the process.

Key Responsibilities:
Help define Measures of Success for the process, to ensure that the process provides for a high-quality Employee Experience.
Ensure that process performance measures are tracked on a periodic basis to ensure that the baseline performance is on target with the Measures of Success
Ensure regular reviews with the India HR SME, Entity Primary Process Users and other key stakeholders of the process in order to track process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Advise local entities on appropriate implementation of new/changes to existing systems, tools and processes in the context of global guidelines/standards or best practices, securing necessary support/approval.
Gather, define and prioritize requirements from the various user groups (local as well as global) to address the desired business outcome from the initiative. Understand and highlight impact of initiative to associated processes.
Ensure with the help of Entity Primary Process Users, complete process documentation around the process, including RACI charts.
Be the SME for questions about the process and the associated application’s functionality
Represent system/process on other HR process implementation teams and/or special projects to provide key information to ensure successful delivery of services.
Work to customize, maintain, execute and continuously improve App performance and be involved in associated processes to meet global standards and business objectives
Apply comprehensive system/tool knowledge to problem solve low to moderately complex issues, answer user questions, escalate issues, complete data requests for data analysis and communicate system updates.
Create and maintain project and application management work plans and help prioritize key steps to ensure critical activities are completed.

2+ years relevant experience of providing HR generalist service, preferably at a corporate level. HRMS implementation experience is advantageous, but not essential.
Education:
Postgraduate degree in Human Resources
Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications as well as SAP, my Learning and eServices will advantage
