SAP- CRM Consultant
Location: Bangalore (for Off- Shore project)
Duration: Long term
Start: ASAP
Salary: As per market rate (Consultant will be working as full time employee with Delta System and will be based on off-shore project in Bangalore ).
Minimum 6+ years of SAP CRM Functional Experience including in CRM 7.0 Sales.
Highly proficient in SAP CRM Sales Configuration- such as Process Types, Item Categories, Pricing Procedures, Copy-Control, Partner Processing, Action Profile for Transactions.
Experience with resolving CRM support issues with Opportunities, Quotations, Contracts, Sales Orders, Master Data, Custom Reporting etc.
Experience with Middleware Configuration, Monitoring Inbout/Outbound Queues, Bdoc Message Analysis, Error Handling and troubleshooting.
Downloading and replicating master data from R/3 >>CRM
Experience with ALE configuration, CRM system refresh
Familiar with IPC/Web UI/Web Services
Experience in Variant Configuration.
Good knowledge of SAP SD integration points with CRM including pricing procedures and routines modifications.
SAP Certification in SAP CRM 7.0 Preferrred.
Experience with other CRM areas e.g. Marketing, Service, CIC etc. preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills and client interfacing skills.
Demonstrated effective problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
