We have a requirement with our client Robert BOSCH.

Expirence 8-12 yrs
Work Location: Coimbatore - TamilNadu
Mode of Employement - Permanent/OnRoles

Qualification : CA/CWA/MBA Finance
Experience :total experience band 8-12 years
BPO/Shared Service Exposure : Experience in managing process migration, service delivery
Exposure to SAP R/3, FICO as end user
Awareness of quality tools such as Lean processes, six sigma. Green Belt certification will be an added advantages
Good understanding Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report processes
Good analytical and logical reasoning
Good communication skills, presentation skill and negotiation skills
People management skills, customer management skills. Experience in managing customers from US, Europe, UK, Australia
Should be managing a team of 50+ associates  with 4 - 5 direct reportees
